Payment Information
The Summer Camp Program fee is $400 per child .
To secure your child’s enrollment, payment must be completed prior to the start of the program.

Registration & Attendance
The program fee of $400 must be paid before the camp begins.
Regular attendance is encouraged to help children benefit fully from the program.
Emergency contact information and any important medical conditions or allergy information must be provided before camp begins.
Arrival & Dismissal
Parents are expected to ensure timely drop-off and pick-up each camp day.
Only authorized adults may pick up a child unless prior arrangements have been communicated to camp staff.
Please notify camp staff in advance if your child will be absent or arriving late.
Meals & Snacks
Parents are kindly requested to provide lunch for their child each day.
Snacks may be provided on selected days; parents will be informed as needed.
Please inform staff of any food allergies or dietary concerns.
Behavior & Conduct
Students are expected to demonstrate respectful Islamic manners, kindness, and positive behavior at all times.
Bullying, inappropriate language, disrespectful behavior, or unsafe conduct will not be tolerated.
Students are expected to follow instructions from teachers, volunteers, and camp staff.
Dress & Personal Belongings
Campers should wear modest, comfortable clothing suitable for educational and recreational activities.
Please label personal belongings clearly.
Makki Educational Academy is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced personal items.
Health & Safety
If a child is unwell or showing symptoms of illness, parents are asked to keep them at home for the safety of all participants.
Any medications requiring staff awareness should be communicated clearly during registration.
Volunteers & Community Support
Parent volunteers are welcome and appreciated as we work together to build a strong and supportive community environment for our children.
Program Flexibility
Camp activities, schedules, and programming may be adjusted as needed to best serve students and program needs.
Acknowledgment
By registering their child for the Makki Educational Academy Islamic Summer Camp, parents/guardians acknowledge that they have read and agree to follow these guidelines and expectations.
